Product Description Automatic Gate Latches for Out-Swinging Gates use an angled bar for ease of installation. Gate Latch Bar can be mounted on the gate or post for versatility. Can be used for left or right hand installations and can be used with a padlock for security. The small pre-drilled hole in the release lever is for rigging a cord (not included) that would release latch from opposite side of gate. Must drill a hole through post for rigging cord installation.
