Employee Appreciation Request
ASMC has approximately 130 employees. Most of them work directly with the individuals who live in our eight Group Homes. Our employees work very hard to provide the level of care we expect, and that our residents and their families deserve.
For many years, we have been fortunate to have received donations from the families of our residents and others to help us in recognizing our staff during the Holiday season. This year we would like to use these donations to give each employee a gift card to show our appreciation for all they do.
A NEW, 12.9”Apple iPad Pro (Model A1584) has recently been donated to ASMC. I would like to offer this gift as an extra incentive for you to donate to this Holiday endeavor. For every $20 donated, you will receive one chance to win this Apple iPad Pro! As an example, you will earn ten (10) chances to win if you donate $200.
This iPad Pro will make a great Christmas gift for yourself or someone you know. To be eligible, please write “iPad Raffle” in the Memo section of your check.
We sincerely appreciate your support and genericity, and offer you and your family our Best Wishes for the Holiday Season.
J. Marc Phillips, Executive Director, CEO
