Thanks to our many supporters, we recently purchased a new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan SE from Ilderton Conversion Company of Charlotte. The new van is equipped with a folding side ramp, kneeling system, and Q'Straint system to securely transport two residents in wheelchairs. As you can see, the individuals living at the Gail B. Hanks Group Home are thrilled with the new van. To purchase the van, proceeds from our Breakfast Fundraiser, Go Fund Me Page, created by Catherine Boggs, a Charity Softball Game organized by Jason Bonsall of Mint Hill, and donation of an older ramp van by the family of Retired Air Force Colonel A.A. Clayton of Charlotte.
We are extremely grateful to everyone who assisted with this project.
